Lorne has over 28 years of experience as a licensed plumber working in North Texas. He holds the Responsible Master Plumbing License for Neu Plumbing, Inc. He has been the Superintendent on numerous types of projects including Institutional, Retail and Light Commercial facilities. Managing HVAC and Plumbing projects up to 10 million dollars in single project size. The primary background for Lorne is in K-12 school construction and renovation. Plan and specification work is how he mastered his trade. A work ethic learned growing up on a farm in the small town of Lindsay TX. There is meaning in the details. It is important to get things right the first time and meet your commitments on time. Lorne started this company to emphasize these ideals already established by the reputation earned over his career. Lorne enjoys riding his Harley Davidson Street Glide with his wife on the winding roads of Texas, Arkansas and Colorado whenever he gets the opportunity.
Tim Welch– Vice President
Tim has varied experience in over 28 years of working in the mechanical field. He has the State of Texas combination HVAC license for Neu Plumbing, Inc. Tim is the fifth generation in his family to be in the HVAC and plumbing business. He started working summers for his father in high school. Taking advantage of the opportunities available, he gained experience working in every department of his father’s company. During his career Tim has worked on construction projects for Petroleum, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Commercial, Correctional and Institutional Owners. He spent 5 years with a national General Contractor as their Project MEP Coordinator. Finally making his home in North Texas 20 years ago with a local mechanical company in order raise a family. He has a wife of 22 years and two teenagers at home. Tim and Lorne worked together for over 15 years and have taken their team from those years to form this company.
Brad Reiter– Vice President
Brad has over 20 years of experience as a licensed plumber. He started as an apprentice working for Lorne. Brad went on to a successful career as a Superintendent running numerous fast track light commercial projects. He grew up in Gainesville on a family dairy farm. Brad learned his work ethic and values from working on that farm every day. He believes in the integrity of a hard days’ work that is done well. Brad has numerous certifications including confined space, OSHA 10, CSST Gas Piping and Commercial Vacuum Systems. He has served as a repair technician for Acorn Vac in the DFW area. Brad enjoys auto restoration, mountain biking and other outdoor activities with his wife when he has time.
